TOWN OF HUSTISFORD 2026 PROPERTY REEVALUATION

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has ordered the Town of Hustisford to do a reevaluation of real estate in order to be compliant to get assessment up to full value.

The Town of Hustisford Assessor from Catalis Tax & CAMA, Inc. formerly Grota Appraisals, LLC will be doing a 2026 market update reevaluation.  They will not be doing an onsite reevaluation.  The object of the reevaluation is to get all properties assessed to fair market value.

When the work is complete you will receive notice of the assessed value of your property.

Open Book and Board of Review will be scheduled when the reevaluation is complete.
